Investment for Jewellery Casting

SRS manufacture a range of Investment Powders for Jewellery casting by the block mould process.

As well as having a fully equipped quality control laboratory, SRS has installed its own Hot Metal Laboratory being a complete casting facility to faithfully reproduce the customers own working conditions. This means that the company uses its products in exactly the same way as its customers.

In addition SRS have recently installed extensive testing equipment to further understand the complete parameters of the products – see Quality Control.

Quality Control

Quality and consistency are of paramount importance. All raw materials are tested against specification. Manufactured in line with recognised international standards the finished products are tested to verify the performance for the customer prior to despatch. A five day quarantine system ensures all products are retested prior to despatch.
